About SCAN

SCAN membership is open to anyone who either owns or rents property within the SCAN boundaries. SCAN conducts an annual meeting each year where the membership elects a steering committee of seven to take on relevant projects.

For 2018-2019, the membership identified three main issues to focus on: The Comprehensive Review of the Neighborhood Conservation Overlay District (NCOD), Design Guidelines and Historic Preservation Program, the Downtown Improvement Plan, and residential parking in our neighborhood. Anyone in the SCAN neighborhood is encouraged to get involved.
